tube.tracker is an electronic specimen management system. It was designed to assist laboratory professionals store, search, track, and dispose specimens. It is capable of supporting many users in multiple sites using any number of storage locations. tube.tracker runs on any standard Internet browser. It is accessible by virtually any networked computer with no software installation required.

tube.tracker identifies and stores specimens by using the existing information contained on the specimen barcodes generated by your LIS or automated instrumentation. The system is also capable of tracking aliquots, split specimens, or multiple specimens with the same identifier. tube.tracker also maintains a detailed audit log of all events for a specimen, allowing users to see a comprehensive list of activity long after a specimen has been discarded.
